At KC Needlepoint, we want you to be completely satisfied with your stitching projects. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return unopened kits, canvases, and accessories within 30 days for a full refund or store credit.

Ensure your items are in original, resaleable condition with all packaging intact; please note that cut fibers and opened kits are not eligible for return.
