Do your needlepoint canvases come with threads?
Most of our canvases are sold individually to allow for customization, but we offer an optional 'Thread Kit' service where our experts hand-select matching wool, silk, or cotton threads for your specific design.
How long does shipping take for hand-painted canvases?
In-stock canvases typically ship within 1-3 business days. If a canvas is marked as a backorder, it is being custom-painted by the artist and can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks to arrive.
What is your return policy on cut fibers and canvases?
We accept returns on unopened threads and unstitched canvases within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-kitted thread sets and sale items are final sale.
Do you offer professional finishing services for pillows and ornaments?
Yes! We partner with expert finishers to turn your completed needlepoint into pillows, ornaments, belts, and acrylic inserts. You can drop off your finished piece at our shop or mail it to us.
What if I run out of a specific thread color mid-project?
We maintain detailed records of your thread kits. Simply contact us with your order number and the dye lot or color number, and we will do our best to match it for you.
Are your needles and accessories suitable for beginners?
Absolutely. We carry a curated selection of beginner-friendly kits, ergonomic needles, and magnetic needle minders designed to make the learning process easy and enjoyable for new stitchers.
